This Program Might Not Have Installed Correctly

Windows 7 may be friendly to  SSD but it doesn’t like portable applications (those application you carry around on your USB stick or on a dropbox storage).  The messages are powered by the Windows service PcaSVC which is the “Program Compatibility Assistant Service” . Stopping the service from running and changing the startup type to disabled will solve the issues.  WARNING: Changing the settings of the service is only recommended to experienced users.

I am not going into the detail on how to disable the service in this blog. This information is intended for advance user only and you guys should know how to disable a service.
